2 ball 1 hand juggle for 1 min each side
3 ball/object juggle 1 min (if it is too easy, try balancing on one leg)
Shadow batting (Facing Mirror if possible) - Watch your bat swing path and angle of the middle of the bat. Imagine hitting the ball in the middle and exactly where you want it to go each time.

50-100 bat, edge or stump keep ups

50 underarm forward defence drops

50 straight drives (1 bounce back to partner)

50 rebound hit against wall or fence (make sure not to break anything)
