Under 12 Cricket Mixed (boys and girls)
In U12 cricket there are two playing formats you can choose from.
-
Saturday T20 Smash (20 overs) | Full season competition | Games mostly to start at 8.30 am
-
Saturday 30 Limited Overs (30 overs) | Full season competition | Start time 12.30 pm
Playing Conditions
Full Playing Conditions are available via Auckland Cricket (currently these are for the 2024/25 season)
Saturday LO30 is considered to be most suited to players with strong cricket skills and a deeper commitment to the game. Please also consider that choosing to play LO30 on a Saturday AND signing up to U12 JT Sparling which is LO40 and played on the Sunday, is a fairly large commitment to cricket for both players and parents.
It is of course possible to play Sat T20 and JT Sparling LO40 to get your cricket fix!
When you register, please select your format preference from the drop-down list (either T20 or LO30).
Choosing a Competition and a Grade
Please refer to our Team Composition Guidelines page to help you choose the right competition and grade to play in.
