Term Academy
Program Overview
The High Performance Academy will focus on skill development, game awareness, physical preparation, and mindset. Sessions are designed to challenge players while still being age-appropriate and manageable alongside school commitments.
Programme Principles
Our Term 1 Academy is built around two core elements:
- High‑quality coaching for every player, delivered through structured Monday and Sunday sessions
- Competitive opportunities for selected players, aligned with individual readiness and team requirements
Selection for any fixture is not guaranteed. Some players may play all fixtures, some may play one, and some may not play in the competitions at all. Selection is reviewed weekly and is based on development needs, skill progression, and team balance. All players, whether selected for a match or not, remain fully involved in the programme and receive the same level of coaching attention and development focus throughout the four weeks.
