High Performance Academy
About the Program
The Grafton United High Performance Academy is designed to support motivated junior players who want to continue developing their cricket skills during the season. Over the course of four weeks, players will focus on enhancing their technical ability, tactical awareness, and confidence in match situations. The program aims to create a positive and challenging environment that fosters learning, teamwork, and enjoyment of the game.
Program Structure
Each session will combine individual skill development, group drills, and scenario-based learning. Players will work closely with qualified coaches and senior Grafton mentors who provide support and feedback tailored to each age group. The program will also include controlled match play to help players transfer their training into performance.
